PRODUCT EXCHANGE POLICY

1. Applicable policy:

 

Within 7 days after receiving the goods, customers can exchange products in the following cases:

- The goods are not in sufficient quantity, there are no accompanying accessories, not the full set as in the order.

- The goods are not the right type, model, and color as you ordered.

- The product is defective due to the manufacturer or damaged in transit.

Due to shipping costs incurred during the exchange due to the cases listed above, Eracare Health Mart Co., Ltd. will bear 100% of the cost. 

 

2. Product exchange conditions:

 

Exchanged products must be intact as at the beginning, full of stamps, labels, warranty cards, and purchase invoices, except for cases where the product is defective or damaged by objective factors during transportation.

Products must have enough accessories or accompanying gifts (if any) must not be used. If lost, fees will be charged according to regulations.

 

3. Return time:

 

If you have an exchange request, please contact us via hotline 028.6256.1108 within 7 days from the date you receive the product. The time it takes to confirm the return and exchange of goods begins when the customer provides all requirements and product information, along with the purchase invoice, at the genuine showroom system or on Gintell's online shopping page www.gintell.vn and Facebook page www.facebook.com/gintellvn .
